Before that are they lacking something? They are lacking the basics,Eg. Before we start to read any book we always start from the beginning, we can’t read it from the middle, or the end.if we do so we will not be able to understand the story in totality.
Scientists are also doing something similar , they are not investigating the basics, Mainly the Focus for the scientists now a days isn't the earth it's the cosmos,the deep wide cosmos.
Our Earth , the life giving planet is ignored and that's not right.

What i feel scientists are not focusing on are :-
Ø Why the earth is only planet (found till now) containing core ,mantle which is still on fire ?it's so since the birth of earth (about 4 billions year ago), mainly the stars only have that burning characteristics.
Ø why the humans need air. if that wouldn’t be so we would explore many parts of the cosmos. Scientists have got many more interesting questions here than in our cosmos , but actually it's not our cosmos neither its of someone else or maybe someone owns it.
Scientists should start with the earth the, universe will be cleared on it’s own.And this is only my thought
